Lodge Group of Schools- New Year School Opening 2015
Dear Parents,
The Minister of Education has made allowance for schools in the country to open one week later on 12 January 2015, after considering all the hardship parents and teachers endured during the recent flood in Peninsular Malaysia. This was announced through the media on 29th December 2014 by the Minister himself. The Board of Management has decided that Lodge Groups of Schools will open as scheduled on 5th January 2015. The decision was made considering that our students are not affected by the flood. Parents have made preparation for their children to begin schooling on 5th January 2015 especially those in the Kindergarten. Since we don’t need to replace 5 days to make up for the number of school days in 2015, Lodge Group of Schools will utilise the 5 extra days for extra holidays during festive seasons and to close the school’s final term earlier. As such we urge all parents to send their children to our schools on 5th January 2015 as usual.
